Paulina Chorąży

I am a physiotherapist and massage therapist. The most important thing in my work is a holistic approach to the patient, understanding their needs and the source of their conditions, the appropriate tailoring of therapy to each, as well as the active involvement of the patient in the treatment process.
I have been working with patients for 15 years, performing a wide range of therapeutic massages, classical massages, relaxation massages with reflexology elements and manual therapy. I specialize in treating pain problems in the spine and peripheral joints through soft tissue therapy, which allows me to effectively reduce tension, improve the functionality of the musculoskeletal system, promote tissue regeneration and improve the comfort of life.
In my previous work, I have gained extensive experience working with patients with a wide variety of health problems, such as chronic musculoskeletal pain, overload injuries and mobility limitations.
Working as a physiotherapist and massage therapist is my passion. I am developing my further professional path in the direction of osteopathy, the tenets of which correlate with my beliefs and holistic approach to the patient.

In my free time, I enjoy walking with my four-legged friend, as well as traveling and exploring new places.
